Ingredients.................
- Butternut squash/ paka kaddu- 150gm
- Green Cardamom peeled-3
- Sugar- 10 tbsp
- Oil- 5tbsp
- Water-1/4 cup
- Raisins- 20-25
- Heat the wok add oil and after 5 sec add green peeled cardamom and pour butternut squash/paka kaddu and fry about 2 min then add water and cover the lid ,cook 2 min again.
- After 3min add raisins and sugar and fry till dry.
- Butternut squash dry dessert is ready to eat.
