Butternut Squash Dry Dessert (pake kaddu ka halwa)


Ingredients.................
  1. Butternut squash/ paka kaddu- 150gm
  2. Green Cardamom peeled-3
  3. Sugar- 10 tbsp
  4. Oil- 5tbsp
  5. Water-1/4 cup
  6. Raisins- 20-25
Method..................
  • Heat the wok add oil and after 5 sec add green peeled cardamom and pour butternut squash/paka kaddu and fry about 2 min then add water and cover the lid ,cook 2 min again.
  • After 3min add raisins and sugar and fry till dry.
  • Butternut squash dry dessert is ready to eat.
