Ingredients...............
- Okra- 200gm cut 2 inches size
- Chopped onion- 2tbsp
- Onion paste- 1cup http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.com/2011/02/onion-paste.html
- Black mustard seeds- 1tbsp
- Tomato- 1/2
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Yellow mustard seeds paste
- Water- 1 cup
- oil- 10 tbsp for fry okra
- Heat the wok add oil and fry okra/bhindi till brown and transfer to other vessel.
- Add more 5tbsp oil and add chopped onion mustard seeds and fry 1 min then add onion paste and chopped tomato, salt and turmeric powder , fry about 3 min till golden brown.
- After 3 min add mustard seeds paste and fry again 2 min then add okra.
- Fry 2 min and now add water , cover the lid and cook about 5 min.
- Okra mustard curry is ready to eat.
