Ingredients...........
- Grated carrot drained- 1cup
- Boiled potato- 1/2cup
- Rock salt to taste
- cumin powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Green chopped chili-1 tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 1tbsp
- Mango powder
- Small pieces ginger- 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry- 5tbsp
- Mash all dry ingredients well and make a flat patties.
- Heat the flat pan and pour some drop oil and place the cutlets on it and cook both sides till golden brown.
