- Buckwheat flour- 1cup
- Rock Salt- 1/2 tbsp
- Boiled potato- 1
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Oil- 6tbsp
- Take a large bowl and combine together the buckwheat flour/kuttu atta, potatoes and salt, add sufficient water and make flexible dough. Knead well.
- Divide the dough into eight pieces and shape them into round balls using dry flour, Roll out these balls into chapatti.
- Heat the flat pan/ tawa drop some drop of oil, reduce the heat and place the prantha very carefully and flip after 1/2 min and pour 1/2 tbsp oil on it and spread all over.
Again flip and cook on the other side.
Remove when well done on both sides.
