Tandoori Fish
Ingredients..................................
- Fish-2 fillets here I am using rohu
- Grated ginger 1/2tsp
- Grated garlic- 1/2tsp
- Red chili pwd- 2pinch
- Tandoori Masala-1/2tsp
- Lemon juice-1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil-2drop
- Curd-2tsp
- Food colour-1pinch
- Tomato ketchup-1tsp
Method..........................
- Take a plate add all spices and curd, mix them properly, wash the fish fillets, and marinate in paste.
- leave for 2 hours.
- Pre heat oven 200oc, place fish for 20-30min, cook from both sides till coal brown.
- Tandoori Fish is ready to serve.
