Spiced Amritsari Chole

- Boiled black and white chickpes-2cup
- Finely chopped onion-1+1/2 cup -2medium
- Grated ginger- 1tsp
- Grated garlic- 1tsp
- Pomegranet seeds - 1tsp
- Corriander pwd- 1tsp
- Red chiliped pwd- 1/2tsp
- Chopeed green chilli- 1
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric pwd- 1tsp
- Garam masala- 1/3tsp
- Cumin seeds- 1tsp
- Tomato puree- 1/2cup
- Gooseberry /Mango pwd-1half/1/2tsp
- Oil- 15tsp
Method....................................
- Heat the oil,place cumin seeds, after 10sec,add green chilli grated ginger, and garlic fry till golden brown.
- Now add chopped onion and fry till tender or brown, add all dry spices, fry again 20 second, now add tomato puree,slat +boiled chickpeas, cook for 10 min,low medium heat.
- After 10 min mashed chickpeas gently, and leave for 1min, again(you can add water according you-or 1cup), here I am using boiled chickpeas water.
- Spiced Amritsari Chloe is ready to serve.
