Pin wheel Sandwhich



Ingredients......................
  1. Bread Slices-6
  2. Tomato Sauce-6tbsp
  3. Cabbage chopped-1/4cup
  4. Carrot thin slice-1/4cup
  5. Sliced Onion-3tbsp
  6. Oregano-1tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black Pepper-1/2tbsp
  9. Mayonnaise-4tbsp
  10. oil-5tbsp
Method...............
  • Heat the wok pour 1tbsp oil after 1/2 min add sliced onion, now add cabbage,carrot,oregano and salt, black pepper, just saute about 2min, take out to another bowl.
  • Trim crust from the bread, flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin, now place the bread slices, pour tomato ketchup, spread cabbage and carrot filling, now add mayonnaise.
  • Now roll the slices into a Swiss roll, now wrap in clingfilm and chill for 1hour till firm.

  • Pre- heat the oven 200oc ,Then remove the cling film and cut the pieces carefully,  place the slices on baking tray pour some oil drop on it and bake about 4 min till crisp.
  • Again turn another side and pour some drop of oil and put in oven about 4 min.
  • Pin wheel Sand which is ready to serve.
