Mushroom-Peas Rice



Ingredients...................
  • Boiled Rice- 1 Bowl
  • Spring Onion sliced-1/2 cup
  • Onion sliced- 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes-1/2 cup
  • Green Peas- 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom Diced-1 cup
  • Green chili -2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil- 4 tbsp
  • Green Cardamon-2
  • Fennel Seeds- 1 tbsp
  • Dry curry Leaf- 1
  • Clove-3-4
  • Cinnamon-1 inch
  • Salt to taste
Method.................
  • Heat the oil, low medium heat and add (curry leaf, green cardamom, clove, fennel seeds, cinnamon) and fry about 1 min.

  • Add Onion and green chili and fry again 1 min, till onion turn golden brown......


  • Add tomato, mushroom and green peas fry about 4 min.


  • After 4 min add spring onion and fry 1 min then add boiled rice and mix well.


  • Fry 4 min again and sprinkle salt on it ,that's it.

  • Now rice is ready to serve.
