Ingredients....................
- Corn- 1 bowl
- Gram flour-1/2 cup
- Plain flour- 1/4 cup
- Green chili chopped- 2tbsp
- Spring onion chopped- 1/4 cup
- Onion chopped- 1/4 cup
- Grated ginger- 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1/4 tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Safetied- 2 pinch
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil- 1 bowl
- Water- 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mix onion, green chili, ginger and corn with gram flour.
- Add plain flour and mix well.
- Now add dry spices(red chili powder, coriander powder, safetied, and turmeric powder).
- Add water slowly and make thick paste.
- Add chopped green coriander leaves and spring onion and mix again.
- Check the consistency of batter, it should not be more thin or more thick.
- Heat the oil low medium heat and drop the batter one by one.
- After 2 min turn other side and leave for 2 min again.
- Fry till golden brown both sides.
- Corn Fritters is ready to serve with tomato ketchup or tomato chutney.
