French Pate



Ingredients....................
  1. Chicken liver- 250gm
  2. Minced Ginger- 1/2tsp
  3. Minced Garlic- 1/2tsp
  4. Cumin seeds- 1/2tsp
  5. Chopped onion- 1big
  6. Red wine- 5-8tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coriander pwd- 1tsp
  9. turmeric pwd- 1/4tsp
  10. 5mixed spices- 1/2tsp
  11. Oil/ Butter- 3tsp


Method........................

  • Heat he oil add cumin seeds after 1/2 min, add ginger, garlic minced and onion fry for 1/2 min or till golden brown.

  • Now add dry spices, like coriander rpwd, 5mixed spices, turmeric pwd and salt, mix em and cook for 1/2 min. now add chicken washed liver, now add   red wine and cover with lid and cook for 5min. do not burn liver's water, which will help in blender



  • Take a loaf tin and spread cling flim, switch off he heat and transfer in chopper make smooth paste and pour in loaf tin and press it evenly, cover it with cling flim and keep in cool place.






  • After 4-5 hour, you can cut the pieces and place on bread  drop mustard dressing and serve .
