Ingredients...............
- Grated Beetroot- 1cup
- Chopped Onion- 1/2 cup
- Ginger Paste- 1tbsp
- Garlic Paste- 1tbsp
- Green chili- 3
- Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2tbsp
- Coriander Powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili Powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Garam Masala- 1/2 tbsp
- Green Pees- 1/2 cup
- Black Gram Lentil(Urad Daal)- 4 tbsp(soak in water)
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustar seeds, cumin seeds green chili, ginger paste and garlic paste, after 2 min add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
- Now add Black gram (urad daal) and fry, after 5 min add green peas and fry again about 3 min.
- Now time to add grated beetroot and fry for 2 min after that add all spices.
- Add 1/4th cup of water and cover the lid.
- After 3 min open the lid and fry it again till all the moisture is gone.
- Beetroot Vege Masala is ready to serve.
