Ingredients................
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 diced ginger piece
- 1 diced piece raw coconut
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Green chili
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoons salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup of water
Method....................
- Firstly make a fine paste of (raw coconut, ginger, green chili, chopped onion )
- Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium high heat. Pour the coconut onion paste
- Fry about 5 min. when the paste turn thick.
- Add dry spices like (coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt) fry about 2 min again .
7. Add water. After coming to a boil reduce the heat to medium.
8. Cook until mushrooms and peas are tender. Close the heat.
9. Serve hot.
